建築の基礎知識本はたくさんあるけど、この本は建築相談サイトの解説員30名が執筆者であるのが特徴。
色々な地域、専門、思考、世代とそれぞれ違った個性と経験をもつ建築の専門家集団だからこそできた、公平で偏りのない解説は信頼でる。

サイトの内容をただまとめて作ったわけではなさそうで、内容はQ&A方式でシンプルにできている。住宅の基礎知識から、購入や依頼の手続き、トラブル回避まで、幅広いく基本的な質問がピックアップされていて、各解説には事務局からのコメントも載っている。
ありがちな、不安をかきたてるような内容ではないところも安心してよめる。

好感度大でした。特定の企業スポンサーがらみでもなさそうだしね。

偏った本の多い家造りの本の中でたくさんの建築士で書かれているので公平でした。でも、本音の座談会は読み応えがあって何回も読んでしまった。著者全員の写真もあるので、正に顔の見える本です。

　これから家を持とうという方にはぜひ読んで頂きたい本です。インターネットの「建築よろず相談」に寄せられた実体験を元に、家を持つにはどのようなことが必要かを、解説員３０人の知恵を絞りあって執筆した本です。いままでこのような本はなかったと思います。周りで読んで頂いた方々の評判もすこぶる良く、自信の本です。家を買ったが今ひとつ納得できない、やはりこんな家を建てるべきではなかった、などという後悔をたくさん聞きました。そのような家づくりにならないためにぜひ読んでください。
