現在、ベリーダンスを習っています。8つの基本的な動きについて説明してあるのですが、基本の動き（教室でストレッチとして行うような）と、ダンスに応用した場合の動きに分けて載っていて親切です。DVDは付いていませんが、曲指定の振り付け（TarkanのSimarik）なので、音源をDL購入して練習してみました。普段、インストラクターの先生がたに甘えている分、リズムをとるのが難しかったですが、やりがいがありました。
そして、特筆すべきはtae先生の凛とした美しさです。ベリーダンスの先生はどなたも女性美にあふれているものですが、同性ながら目の保養となりました。
ヒップスカーフの種類もきちんと解説して下さっていて、どのようなコインの配置だと美しく見えるか･･･なども研究できますよ。

ベリーダンスの細かい動きの説明などをわかり易く書かれてあるので、感動しました。あと、色々な情報も載っているので嬉しい限りです。
実際の先生のレッスンはとてもわかり易く、かつ美しく品のある動きをなさるので大好きです。この本の先生に出会えてベリーダンスは女性の高価な踊りなんだと感じました。
大切な一冊にします。

ベリーダンスの基礎的な動き方が解り易く載っていて良い本だと思いました。
これでDVDがついていれば完璧なんですけど。
DVD版を是非出して欲しいです。
