1996年に出版されたものです。
この本は、ほかの『あぶない化粧品』シリーズと若干違います。
化粧品のことも書いてありますが、合成洗剤などを使うよりも、石鹸を使う、ということの方が多く書いてあります。

私は、市販の合成シャンプーを使っていて、ひどいかぶれが出来て悩んでいたのですが、この本に石鹸シャンプーのことが載っていたので、それ以来、石鹸シャンプーに切り替えました。
そのほかにも、洗濯石鹸、台所で使う石鹸などの使い方が詳しく載っています。
アトピーや、皮膚病で悩んでいる方は、ぜひ１度読んでみるべきだと思います。

肌が弱くてトラブルが多く困っていましたが、純石鹸を使うようになって嘘のように手あれなどがなくなりました。宣伝や広告に私たちはいとも簡単に騙されてしまいますが、本当にお金の無駄遣いだと思います。純石鹸は一つ１００円程度で、お風呂用石鹸にも台所用石鹸にも何にでも使えます。この本には合成洗剤と石鹸の違いがとてもよく書かれています。肌荒れなどで困っている人は是非読んでみてください。
