1994年に発行されたものです。
私は、この本を読んで以来、化粧品に対してのいままでの疑いがはれたと思いました。
この本を最初に読んだのをきっかけに、この『あぶない化粧品』のシリーズを読みました。
『読者と共につくった本』とあるとおり、化粧品を使って苦しんできた、読者の意見がとても沢山書いてあります。

このシリーズは、とても沢山あるのでどれを買っていいのかわからなかったら、割と最近の出版なので、一番目にこれを買ってみるのがいいと思います。
特に、一番最後に載っている、化粧品の指定成分の一覧表は役にたちました。

”あぶない化粧品”シリーズを読んだのは、７~８年前のことです。

この本を読んで、化粧品とは、実はタバコと同じで、”百害あって一利なし”だと知りました。それ以来、すっかり化粧はやめました。初めは素顔で歩くのには抵抗がありましたが、素肌にあたる風が気持ちよかった！今は、台所ふきん用の石鹸で洗い、冬にはヘチマコロンをつける程度です。特に夏は、汗をかいたら、外出先でも水でバシャバシャ顔を洗えるし、旅行に行くのも簡単です。石鹸ならどこにでもありますから、何の準備もいりません。おかげさまで、あんなに悩まされていたニキビもなくなり、たまに出来てもすぐに直ります。初夏から夏は紫外線が気になりますが、日焼け止めは極力使わず、つばの広い帽子を愛用しています。化粧品に、あんなにお金を使い、結局肌を痛めていたことが、今では本当に馬鹿らしく思えます。
