自分の国のお酒なのに、日本酒のことをかなり誤解をしていました。「いい酒は冷酒で飲まなくてはならない、燗酒なんてもってのほか」とか「日本酒は二日酔いする」などです。あらためて燗酒を飲めば、冷酒とはまた違うおいしさを発見できました。知らない間に自分で日本酒の間違ったイメージを作っていたようです。この本を読んでから、いままでとはちょっと違う、日本酒との付き合いが始まったように思います。いい本に出会えました。

日本酒ってむずかしい気がしていましたが、この本はそんな日本酒がとても
わかりやすく説明してあって、もっと飲みたいなっていう気にしてくれます。
生産から種類まで、あらいる疑問を解決できる、日本酒を知るにはとても
役にたつ本です。

私が生まれ育った町には江戸時代から続く造り酒屋が2軒ある。あらためて日本酒に対してみようと思い立って、日本酒のいろんな「？」を知りたくなった。そんなときに発見したのがこの本。あの「夏子の酒」の作者、尾瀬あきらさんの日本酒に対する愛情あふれる本です。「知識ゼロからの」に偽りなく、すんなり日本酒の世界に入っていけます。

読むと呑みたくなる本です。
