4.0 out of 5 stars 内面性を描いた土方さんが新鮮。, 2005/2/28
皆さんのレビュー通り、他ではちょっと見れない女性のように華奢で可憐な土方さんです。
作者様曰く、「この人は非常に男らしい人であったと私も思うのですが、細やかな所など、女性的な面も感じるのでそちらにひなたでは焦点をあてる感じで」とおっしゃってます。
確かに文献や小説等でも見られる土方さんの俳句や、女性らしい細やかな文字使い、近藤さんを支える精神、函館での母の様な優しさなど女性的な部分があります。それを踏まえればあの容姿も自然と納得。沖田も文献で残っている「ひらめの様な顔」・・・ままの容姿で、今までの少女の様な沖田ぞうよりは余程実物に近いの・・・かも？

まあ容姿に関していえば、私は好きですね。
早く2巻が出て欲しいです！

今まで色々の本が出てるなかでこういうキャラの表現は無かったように思える。
中でも土方や沖田、原田等は使い古されたイメージからはずれていて面白いのではないでしょうか。
ストーリー自体はきちんと歴史を踏まえたもので大きくはずれたり、ファンタジックになったりすることはありません。
それでいてキャラが立っているので飽きさせない。
予備知識など無くても登場人物の名前はちゃんと出てきた際にふってあるので読めると私は思います。
ただ、今までの他作品のキャラのイメージが好きな方にはやはり多少馴染みにくいかもしれません。
それでも新撰組ファンの方には特にオススメしたい一冊です。

歳さんをここまで女みたいに、優男に書いた漫画はこれが初めてじゃないでしょうか。
「え、これが土方歳三・・・？！」と、誰でも最初は驚くはずです。
でも、まったく史実と違っているわけではありません。
そういう説もあるみたいですし。
私はこの歳さん好きですよ。

総司もびっくりしましたね。
ホント、「誰？！」って感じですから（笑）
でも、こっちもこっちで史実と違っているわけではないですし（笑）
読むと意外と違和感がありません。

美形ぞろいってのもこの漫画の魅力の一つですね。
佐々木愛次郎を取り上げてくれたことに私はかなり感動してます！
歳さんは長身の男的な美形、総司は美青年・・・とかいう固定観念を抱きすぎてしまっている人にはオススメできませんね。
こういうのも有りだなぁと思える人には、かなりオススメです！
清川の髪型、私的に大ヒットです（笑）
