絵が多く読みやすい。一般に言われているような話（ミルクを飲むと眠れる、アロマがいいなど）が多いが実際に作者が試した体験談になっているため、想像しやすくて参考になった。

多くが既に実行していることでしたが、
眠る２〜３時間前に体温をあげておくといい
遮光カーテンより少しだけ光の入るカーテンのほうが目覚めやすい
お風呂上り３０〜１時間前にお風呂から出るといい

など、新しい発見もあり漫画中心に楽しく睡眠のコツを再確認できます。
