小説としても、法律解説書としても、中途半端で残念。

2.0 out of 5 stars 企業買収は金と戦略の格闘技, 2003/6/1
　著者の描く企業法律小説第三弾。大人のお伽噺かはたまたリアリズム小説か。

　格闘技でも球技でも、戦っているどちらかに肩入れ・思い入れして観る方が面白いもので、自分が買収する側ならこんなに金が要るものか、買収されないように防衛するならばこんなに戦略が要るものか。

　その戦いの重要な武器・傭兵が弁護士である。いかに知恵と知識、行動力に優る弁護士を駆使するか。
　この作品では、私達が普段垣間見ることもない、弁護士達の大変な日常が描写されている。

　ただ、一作目、二作目の面白さに比べると、作品全体に唐突な印象がある。
　また、外国の企業名・団体名・個人名が多数登場し飽きさせる。
