5.0 out of 5 stars ペチカの成長を描いた、そして世界を描写した、優しい話。　, 2005/6/14
一人ぼっちのペチカ、いつもおなかをすかせて、自分が生きることだけに精一杯だったペチカ。世の中は決して優しくなかった・・。そんな、ある日、ペチカの前に、妖精の「フィツ」が現れた。フィツは、この世界がとても美しいという。「なんで？」とそれを信じないペチカ。ペチカの事を、「なんて冷たい人間だろう」と思うフィツ。それでも、二人はやがてかけがえのないパートナーになっていく。
生きることはきれいごとなしに大変。
でも、少しずつ変わっていくペチカに幸せになってほしいと応援してしまいます。
この物語では、世界観がすごくて描写が細かくて時の数え方まで違っちゃったりしますが、それでも私たちの世界が映し出されているんだと感じました。

厳しい現実もいっぱいあるから、残酷だから、だからこそ優しく胸に切ない話です。

今まで読んだ児童文学で一番好きかもしれません。
本当に素晴らしい物語だと思います。

主人公のペチカの成長ぶりに乾杯。
フィツの可愛らしさに拍手。
ルージャンのかっこよさに感涙。

胸が痛くなりました。
本当に、涙なくしては読めません。
一度といわず二度三度、と読みたくなります。
未読の方はぜひ、読んでみて下さい。

あまりに過酷な環境、冷酷な周囲の人々その中で母の写真と思い出だけを糧にぎりぎりいきていくペチカ。ファンタジーの主人公にしてはかなりすさんだ性格です。序盤でのその描写はあまりにつらく読むのがつらいほどでした。得たい知れない妖精フィッツと出会い、トリニティーをでることから物語りは動き始めます。そこからは一気によんでしまいました。ファンタジーでは在りますが根底を流れるのは「人としての愛、生きるゆえに生じる憎しみ、苦しみ」童話物語というタイトルから逆に敬遠される方がいるかもしれませんが、ひとつの小説として高く評価できるものと思います。
