まれにみる傑作エッセイです。
文体から檀さんの倫理観・人の良さもにじみ出ている上に普通に笑えます♪

　楽しい文章のなかにも、檀さんのこだわりや鋭い洞察も窺い知ることができます。これだけのものは深い教養や人間的なユーモア、さらには控えめな自他を見る目がないと書けないでしょう。しかも決してけばけばしくなく、おそらくは読む方全員に一定以上の好感を与える作品だと思います。すごくおこがましい言い方をさせて頂くと、友を得たような読後の感想をもちました。
　

　とても檀ふみさんが好きになった作品です。
　あえて心配を書くと、このすばらしいエッセイ集が今後檀ふみ作品を読む上での「自分の中の基準」になってしまいそうなことです。

阿川佐和子氏のエッセイに、よく登場する檀ふみ氏。が、共著は目にするものの、独りで書いた本にはなかなか巡り会えず。これは急いで本屋をさらっと覗いた時に目に飛び込んで来たモノ。Luky(^^)v

本編も大変楽しく読みました（エッセイ集ですが、古いものには１０数年程前のものもあるで、その辺りちょっと苦しい(^^;)）が、野坂昭如氏による解説文がこれまたHit！！

３，４ページからなるエッセイだが、読んでいて非常に心地がよい。著者の言い回し・見方がとてもよい。
続けて読んでいて飽きがこなかったのだが、著者が各エッセイの最後に何かオチを用意していてくれたおかげだろうと思う。
「ありがとうございません」というタイトルに面白みを感じた人には読んでみてほしい。
