筆者はカイロプラクティックの先生だそうです。
この業界では昔からゴムバンドを使ったエクササイズがありますが、
この本はそのゴムバンド・エクササイズの本です。
以前からあるものですから効果はあると思いますが目新しさはあまり感じません。
ダイエット効果は今一つでした。
からだはすっきりした感じはありますが、1ヶ月経っても体重は変わりませんでした。。

バンド付で筆者の真摯な姿勢は伝わってきましたが内容が私にとっては本当に
普通に感じました。

健康という面では効果があると思いますが”ダイエット”というのは
いかがかと思います。

勝手な推測ですが、”ダイエット”というタイトルでなければ売れないの
で女性が喜びそうな表紙+タイトルにしたのではと感じました。

結論として、ダイエットに近道はなく毎日の運動と適切な食事しか
結果は出ないのだと再認識しました。

健康という観点から見ると素晴しい内容ですがダイエットを期待して
購入した私にとっては申訳ないのですが星は2つです。

人気商品だったので割高ですが中古品を買いました。
さっそくやってみたのですが・・・
なぜだか全身がだるくなります。
通っている加圧の先生に聞いたらバンドを巻くと血行が悪くなるから
ちゃんとした先生が指導したうえでしたほうが良いらしいです。
