ほかの本を購入してやってみましたが、やりかたが悪くて腰を痛めたという話も見たのでDVD付きのこの本を追加購入しました。
しかし、「え？」って気持ちです。やりかたがわからずに最初に見るものとして使うのは確かにいいかと思います。動きはわかります。
しかし、何度も繰り返して一緒にやるというタイプの使用は難しいです。基本の動きの説明なので「一緒に一連の動きを毎日見ながらやりたい」という目的にはお勧めできません。BGMもほぼないですし。
メッセージというコーナーもありますがインタビューのつぎはぎといった印象です。
美腰のSHINOさんにはぜんぜん不満があるわけではありません。ただ、このDVD本の構成は親切とは言いがたい本の「おまけ」な感じが否めません。

SHINOさんの他の本を見たのですが、ど〜も腰回しのやり方がわかりにくかったのでこのDVD付きを購入。やはりDVDを観た方が正しい腰回しのコツがつかめたので、今から腰回しを始めようと思われている方はこのDVDを観たほうがいいと思います♪ やり始めて二ヶ月弱、「え〜〜っ!?」と驚くことに気づきました!!なんとバストとヒップが軽く2cmほど上がっているんです!!これにはさすがに感激しました。しかし、、肝心の「痩せ」の方が今のところまだ効果が現れません(>_<)本には「食事制限の必要無し」と書いてあったので今までどうりの食生活なのだが・・・

いろいろなテレビ番組で著者の方を知り、もっと詳しく知りたくて購入しました。
他の方のレビューにもありましたが、ＤＶＤの作りに疑問を感じました。
注意点やコアになる部分にもっと時間を割いてほしかったです。
洗濯物を干しながらとか‥‥あんなの真面目に見て実行する人なんかいないと思います。
ふざけているのか、真面目なのか分かりませんが、ある意味、購入者を小馬鹿にしていると思います。
著者の方の服のセンスも最悪で、見ている方が恥ずかしくなるし‥‥。
後半の部分なんかカットしちゃえばいいのにと思います。
