1960年高知県生まれ。米エカード大学創作法専修卒。高知大学助手などを経て執筆活動に入る。「聯殺」が第1回鮎川哲也賞最終候補作となる。95年、『解体諸因』(講談社文庫)でデビュー(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

この作者の本を読んだのは初めてで、コピーに惹かれ購入。話をぐいぐいと引き込む力は
あるが、なにせエロチックなシーンが多い。登場人物の女性が異常に積極的だし、３Ｐ、
オナニー。女装・・・・その手の描写が苦手な人にはお勧めできない。（あまり意味の
感じられないシーンもある）量はあるが、勢いで読める。

西澤保彦の作品の中でも珍しく直球球の作品。
しかし事件の奇抜さや謎の面白さは相変わらずで、
原稿用紙１９４４枚という分厚さをあっと言う間に消化してしまった。
とにかく読ませる力が尋常ではない。

が、あまりにもエロイので家族には薦められない事間違いなし！！

すごい世界観です。読んでいる途中で、七回死んだ男を書いた著者だということを思い出しました（笑）
分厚いのに、最後まで一気に読ませる力を持つ本です。中断するのが本当に悔しくて。
もう少し経ったら、読み直してみようと思います。
今度はトリックに気をつけて。
