すーちゃんは今の自分を変えたいと思い悩んでる。
でも、数行の日記を書いてスースー寝たりとほのぼのとしてます。
寂しい心、少し傷ついた心、反省する心、一人悩む自分を大切にする心、自分を見つめる心、等々を静かなリズムで表現されています。
物足りないと思う人もいるかもしれませんが、忙しさに追われている今の自分にはほっと息抜きできる本でした。
マンガなのですぐ読めるし、読み返しても飽きない奥深さがあります。
カウンセリング読本としてもいいのかなぁと思いました。
ありのままの自分を少し好きになり、少し大切にしたくなる本です。

すーちゃんとまいちゃんの一言一言がとてもリアルでせつなくもあり、「私もそうだよ」とうれしくなったりしました。
かわりたいと思いながら変われない女性、今の生活にモヤッとしているときに読んだらすぅ〜っと爽やかな風が吹くと思います。
何度読んでもすーちゃんとまいちゃんに元気づけられます。
久しぶりに友達にプレゼントしたい本と出合いました。

よくみるとそんなにかわいいとは思えない絵でしたが、だんだんと愛着がわいてきました。すーちゃんとまいちゃんの友達関係がいいなぁと思います。アラサー、アラフォーという言葉が今話題になってますが、そんな年代の私にはしみじみ考えるところがありました。
