前の方が書かれているように、やっぱり素人が一人でやってみても、「ホントにこれであってるのかな？？」とちょっと不安になるのは事実。
『体操をすると、おへその下あたりにどっくんどっくんと血が流れ込んでくるのが判るはず』と書かれていても、感じる時もあるような、気のせいな感じもするような。『正しくやらないと逆効果』なんて同じ本の中に書いてあったりするし、なんか不安をあおられる部分もなきにしもあらず。

まあそれでも、左右で高さがずれていた骨盤がほぼそろったし、O脚も改善しているし、効果もありました。でもこの本に書かれているほどの劇的な効果(太ももが5〜8センチ細くなる、外反母趾解消、等々)はないです(笑)。

あんまり鵜呑みにしすぎず、無理のない範囲で参考にするのがいいのでは、という気がします。

簡単に書いてあるけどなかなかコツがつかめないし、昔流行った「こんなにやせていいかしら」と同様、何度やってもまったく効かない人には効かないのでは･･･。本のとおりにやってるつもりだけれど、腰痛・ひざ痛がひどくなって整体に通うはめになり余計な出費が〜〜〜。腰やひざが悪い人にはおススメできません。整体の先生にも素人判断でやっては危ないと怒られました･･･。TVでも実演されたから飛びつく女性は多いと思うけど、実際効果があった人ってどれだけいるんだろう･･･。

骨盤が歪んでいるんだろうと常々おもっていたので
購入した当時話題になっていたと、読みやすそうだったので買いました。

が・・・最後に載っている《開く》と《閉じる》だったかな？その体操の動きが合ってるのか心配で。
それになん工程もあり、本を見ながらじゃないと私には覚えられませんでした。
いちいち主人について『息すって〜吐いて〜』とか教えてもらわないと出来ない・・・。
って事で評価低めです。
