石田ゆり子さんのエッセーを読むと、年齢を重ねることが
怖くなくなります。毎日を丁寧に過ごしていって、自然体で、
健やかでいれば、素敵な大人の女性になれるんだって
思わせてくれます。
若さにしがみつきたくなる微妙な年齢にさしかかった
私と同世代の女性の方にぜひ読んでいただきたい本です。

石田ゆり子さんは、大好きな動物、お料理、趣味、お友達、家族に囲まれて素敵な３０代を過ごしていらっしゃるんだな、と読んでいて思いました。こころがとてもきれいな石田さん、きっと２０代のころからの日々の積み重ねあってのことだと感じました。
中でもおすすめなのが、レシピたちです。アボカド豆腐、煮卵、コールスローなど素朴だからこそ毎日のように食卓に出したいレシピばかりです。調味料の配分を曖昧にして明記していないのが石田ゆり子さんらしいな、と思いました。ひとそれぞれ、味覚もそれぞれ、と言いたいのでしょうか、読者の方に配分をお任せしているのですね。カラーの写真が満載で、この内容でこのお値段、本当にお得な本です。

天然日和を読んでから石田さんのファンになり、この本が発売されるのをずっと心待ちにしていました。
石田さんの言葉は、つい忘れがちになる、些細であってとても大切な事をいつも思い出させてくれます。
何となく悶々とした時、疲れている時、幸せな時、どんな時もさっと本を開けるように、いつもそばに置いてあります。
今回は写真も多く、他の前作、前々作とはまた違った感じです。
たくさんの女性の方に読んで頂きたい一冊です。
