　「まあいいか」「仕方ないよな」「まあ、この程度かもな」会社の中においても、国内の政治に対してもいつの間にか楽で安易な妥協がはびこるようになってしまった。毅然とした態度、実直な正義感といった態度を貫きにくいようになった。で、テレビでプロジェクトＸなどを見て、強烈なリーダーシップに感動したりしている。羨ましがってみていることに気づく。

　そんな人の背筋をピンと伸ばしてくれるような本である。プレジデント社から出版されている前作２冊も読んでいたが、著者の一貫したスタンスはここでも貫かれている。「そうだ、やっぱりそうなんだよな」ということが大変多い。

　部下指導のための良書。自分自身を律するための良書。とにかくお勧めできる。

とにかく納得できない本でした。時代錯誤というか、視野が狭いというか。
書いてあるのは、”こうしろ！　こういうことはするな！　イヤなら会社なんか辞めてしまえ！（そういう部下は切ってしまえ）”ということです。
会社にとって人は”型にはめる””はまらなければ捨てる”ものであり、決して”育てる”ものではないと、著者は思っておられるようです。

なかなかこっちの思い通りにはやってくれない”人間”というものを、どうやって育てるかが”経営”の本質だと思うのですが。

著者は、「上司が鬼にならねば部下は動かず」を書いた人である。

この本は一般社員向けに書かれたものだが、実は経営者、管理者が読むべき本である。経営者が「これだけはするな！」と自分の社員さんにいえれば、それだけでシャキッと筋が通った教育になる。もちろん一番大切で大変なのは、そういった本人が「これだけはしない！」と決めてそれにこだわり守り続けることだろう。その意味からも、まず「上司」が読むべき本である。「その通り！」と共感し胸の空く項目が数多くある。
