英語が出来る人には切ない物語にしか映らないかもしれませんが
英語が全く分からない私はやや調べつつ読んでいます。

内容はとてもいいです！
続きが読みたくてたまらない！
今までのＢＦＣを読んでない人のために
今までのあらすじも書いてあるので
気軽に読める一冊だと思います。

英語初心者の方
このネコに魅力を感じた方
きっとハマりますよぉぉ♪

この本はただの物語ではなく、１冊の中に様々なしかけがあり、子供から大人まで楽しんで読める本だと思います。
背景や情景・その場面を色々と想像したりして読んでいます。
なかでも、巻末に掲載されている「英語のおやつ」は、かなり分かりやすく書いてあり、今まで何気なく思っていた事も「あ~そうなのか。」と再認識できるような内容です。

次作品もとても楽しみです。

「世界一簡単な英語の本」を読んで以来、次はどうなるか気になって仕方がなかった。その2作目。エドと猫の生活から物語がはじまる。これ以上は読んでください。さて、本書の構成ですが、前半は、英文とイラスト、後半は、その解説です。言葉は約束です。それを抽象概念として英文法の専門用語（ＳＶＯＣなど）であらわしています。著者はわざと英文法の難しい「表現」をさけて「英語の約束」そのものに重点をおいて書かれたシリーズだと思います。ですから英語アレルギーの人にはもってこいです。なぜなら、今までの日本の英語教育に適応できなかったからです。この本（シリーズにより）きっとたくさんの人が英語（洋書）に興味を持ち自分でも読めるという自身が着く本だと思い推薦します。このシリーズで!トレーニングをして、ハリーポッターとか原書でどんどんで読んでみようではありませんか。
