本書は、昭和時代にベストセラーになった多湖輝氏の「ホイホイ勉強術」のリニューアル作品である。前作にお世話になった人は、この本のタイトルを見て、思わず買ってしまうだろう。しかし、内容はほとんど変わっておらず（多少の変更部分も前作を読んでいる人にはあまり参考にはならない）、わざわざリニューアルして（しかも値段はほぼ倍）出版するなんて、完全営利目的！と思ってしまう本である。あんなに人のいい顔して多湖氏もやるなー、と思ってしまう。しかししかし、突っ込んで、そして、いいほうに考えてみると、この本を出版する意義は大きい。その意義とは、1本の内容は変わっていない、つまり、前作同様中身はかなり濃い、2前作が古すぎる、つまり絶版になっていて、運良く古本屋で見つけない限り、今の若い人の手に取られることはない、ということである。その内容の濃さは、心理学によってうらづけされたものであり、何十年たった今もまったく色あせていない。むしろ、右脳偏重の、神がかり的な能力開発がブームになっている昨今では貴重なものとなるだろうし、前作を読んでいない人にとっては、この本の内容は画期的であり、新しいものであり、衝撃的なものであると思う。私も非常に参考になった。きっと、多湖氏の意図はここにあるのだと思う。学生のうちにこの本を読んでいれば必ず武器になると思うし、役に立つ思う。ぜひ、タイトルの子供っぽさにだまされず、読んでみて欲しい。

まず　タイトルが気に入り購入しました。　読んでいても　面白くわかりやすいように書いてあり、子供にも是非読ませたいと思いました。

改訂版を私は読んでいませんが、なつかしいタイトルです。
自分の人生が変わった本というと大げさ可も知れないが、勉強嫌いだった私を好きにさせ、成績を確実にアップさせた本です。当時の本を捨てることは出来ず、大事に保存しています。
この考え方の本は今でも仕事に活用しています
