行政法が苦手な方は、事例を解いてみるのが一番ではないか。
本書は、著名な実務家陣主体となり作られた本である。
08・8月現在、司法試験対策としては最も優れた事例演習本ではないか。
あせらず、地道に。

ただ、自習用としては高度であった。
評論社の事例研究は答案付であるから、自習用としてはそちらがよい。

新司法試験対策には、
事例研究の方が明らかに優れている。
新司法試験対策に事例研究に加えてこの本をやるのは全くの時間の無駄。
かといって、実務でも基礎的すぎて使えない。何とも中途半端な本である。
