今回の商法改正により、企業法はどうかわるのか。実務者として、どう対処すべきか。ということが知りたい方には、ちょっとお勧めできません。本書は現代企業法・金融法の論点を、専門家の目で深く深く掘り下げている一冊であり、かなり難易度の高い一冊です。
