子供の頃見たヒーローもの。悪の組織は世界制服を目論みつつ、やっていることは意外と地味だったり。そして本作。悪の組織と、それを追う正義の組織。でも悪の組織の企てていることは初めから「傷つけない程度でほんの少し困らせてやろう（くすくす）」で、やっていることはかなり地味。だって... 双方とも趣味でやっているんだもん。

という、ある意味現実的に、道楽に走る2つの組織の対立？と悪巧み（というほどではない。道楽だし）を描いた作品。もしかしたら、昔懐かしの悪の組織VS正義の組織ものへのオマージュの一つかも。

S&MシリーズやVシリーズのような、理知的、理論的な表現やポエトリィな表現を期待すると外すかもしれませんが、悪の組織V.S.正義の組織の一種のパロディ小説として読むと楽しめるかも。

　無意味な悪戯、そんなことを真剣に一生懸命実施する悪の組織『ＺＯＫＵ』と、それを阻止すべく活動する『ＴＡＩ』の、微妙でユーモラスな戦いを描いた連作短編集。ある意味ヒーローものに対するオマージュともいえるかもしれない。著者の趣味の世界といってしまえばそれまでだが、そのお茶目なコメディを楽しもう。

壮大な悪戯組織とそれを追う正義の味方。
どちらも好きなことをやっているだけです。
森作品の、本筋と関係ない部分が凝縮されたような作品。
なんとなく、ノスタルジィです。
悪の組織が意外と地味でおかしい。
