何よりもテーマ、着眼点が素晴らしい。普段何気なく食べている焼き肉のルーツに迫っています。所々、あいまいな記載があり、すっきりしないところもありますが、資料にきちんとあたり、書いてるからだと思われて正直だと思いました。焼き肉、内臓肉、焼き肉のための道具、タレなども話題になっており、よくぞここまで調べたなという感じです。これを読むと焼き肉を食べたくなるのが不思議ですが、面白い本ですよ。
