この本は佐光さんが実際に使っている洗剤や、調味料、掃除用具などの実物の写真がいくつか載っています。
同じ品物をホームセンターに行って探すのにとても役にたちました。
特に、漬け込み調味料入れは全く同じものが売っていたので、早速作って使っています。とても重宝しております。(^_^)

文章だけではなかなかわかりにくいところが、この本で解決された気がします。
実際にお宅に伺ってやり方を見せてもらっているような、そんな気になる本でした。

今までトイレの洗剤等々で手が痒くなったりしていた時、偶然この本に出会いました。確かに、「混ぜるな危険」などの表示がある洗剤を素肌が触れるお風呂場などに使うことに抵抗がありましたので、スムーズにナチュラル家事に入っていけました。今ではトイレには自分の好きな精油で作った自作芳香剤などを置いて楽しみながら色々試しています。

ただし、家事をしながらふとこういう時は何を使うんだったかしら？と思った時、その都度文面を追わなければいけないので少々面倒なことも。佐光さんの新しい方の著作ではページをめくるとぱっとレシピが出るようになっていたのでそちらも購入してみようと思っています。

せっけんなどエコライフに興味を持ち、本屋さんで探している時に
見つけました。まず入門としてはとても適した本だと思います。

お値段もお手ごろですし、基本的な事は多岐に渡っていて情報量も
多く、オススメ。肩ひじはらずに楽しくお掃除出来そう！
