90年のバブル崩壊以降の地価動向、TOPIXの推移と資産デフレ、物価下落を考えれば、相対的な貨幣価値が上がったのだから、下手に投資をしないで預金していた人のほうが、実質利回りは良かったといえるでしょうね。
こういったボックス相場ではコスト負けする投信に勝ち目は無く、個別銘柄を狙わなければ儲かりませんよ。

勝間さんは、いろいろな分野で執筆されていますが、どれもどこかで読んだような話しを手際よくまとめただけという感が拭えません。

有能なプロデューサーの成果といった感じでしょうか。

この本を出版直後に読み、実践した人は今頃とてつもない損をしているはずである。

そもそもインデックス投信からリバランスしつつアクティブ投信へとステップアップ？するのが、どこが金融リテラシーなのだろう。
所詮は投信会社を儲けさせるためだけに書いたのだとしか思えない。
投資に参加しない人をバカにしたような記述もあり、煽動の仕方はほとんど霊感商法的だ。

この人、とある雑誌には「銀行はいつ潰れるかわからない。銀行預金は大きなリスク」などど宣っていた。

出版のタイミングも悪かったのだろうが、かなり売れたみたいなので本書を読んで財産を失った人は相当いるのではないだろうか。

勝間さんのいうことを信じて投資信託だけを信じても、資産など増えるわけないじゃないか。

投信信託の価格とは、簡単に言えばファンドマネージャが運営している資産額÷発行数だろうと思う。

その資産は株式であり、国債であり、下がることもあれば、上がることもあるわけで、どうして平均数パーセントは価値があがりつづけることなんでてきるんですか？

だって、今回の金融危機で40％以上その投資信託の資産価値が下がってしまったものある、それを取り返すにいったい何年かかるのか？

株価はずっと上がり続ける、なんてことを前提にしてしまうなんて全く無意味。
基本投資信託も、買って、上がり続けるのを祈る。なんてことをしないで、キャピタルゲインを狙うべき。

リバランスにしても同じこと、急激な株価の下落が始まれば、全く意味がない。

勝間さんは投資信託で、利益を上げ続けているんですか？それならこういう本を書いてもいいと思う。

それよりも彼女の才能は、煽り本を書いて、それをいかにもっともらしく売ることができるかが抜きんでているので、それをノウハウにまとめたほうがよろしいかと。
