京大助教授にこんなにくだけたひとがいた！

独身者の家はタイプがない住まいで、住もうと思えばそこがギャラリーでも体育館でも図書館でも、スパでもバーでもレストランでもいい。ぶっとんだイントロで、実際に設計を手がけた2件を紹介。そこからアメリカ映画やポップミュージックに世相を読みつつ、楽しい展開で、独身者がふえた現代をポジテイヴにとらえた社会論へ。文体が話し言葉調で、まさに大学にもぐりこんで講義を聴いている気分。いい意味で予想をうらぎってくれました。
著者は東大院の原広司研究室で学び、隅研吾と研究室仲間で、友人の作家、島田雅彦の自宅の設計も手がけたそうです。
