著者が知り合いなので、お付き合いで読んでみました。現職の人材コンサルタントだけあって、在職しつつ転職を考えている人の心理をよく理解していると思います。転職を奨励しつつ、賞賛はしていない。自分のキャリアプランをまず考え、実行に移すことが重要と説いています。参考になりました。
