ある情報を伝える書き手の、情報に対する姿勢や考え方を、今の日本でどれだけ信用できるだろうか。ー　日本のジャーナリズムの論調に100％信頼を置けない　ー　以前より指摘されているこの問題は、ネットや衛星放送を通じて世界の情報が入手できる今日では、読者が日常的に直感として感じることでもある。世界の論調と日本の論調の違い、この理由は？ 誰か識者のホンネを聞きたくなる。「事実を伝える」ということは、その事実の本質をどこまで見抜けるかという、その書き手の世界認識、歴史観、それを裏付ける深い教養と知識を必要とする。痛快に書き切った本書で世相に目を啓かれる喜びを味わえる。このジャーナリストを持てて日本人は幸せですね。

各章ごとに簡潔にまとめられていて読みやすい。
それにしても日本政府および日本人はこんなにおとなしく欧米（と言っても主にアメリカ人）のいいなりになってていいのか？この本を読むと新聞もニュースも大事なことはなにも伝えていないことがよくわかる。

最終章は特に圧巻。日本人が抱えている自虐史観などいっぺんに吹っ飛んでしまう。

日本人は欧米に対してまったく卑屈になることはない。堂々と主張し対決していけばよい。この本はそう伝えている。

日本のマスコミは、NHK、民放、新聞社、すべてがアメリカとヨーロッパの情報しか流していない。自分の足で記事を書き、日本のオピニオンリーダを自負して報道しているマスコミはないことを著者は訴えている。

ルーズベルトは「日本人は危険で野蛮だから、日本列島に隔離して次第に衰えさせる」という遺言を残している。事実、日本は政治的にアジア各国からも隔離され、日本の歴史は自虐史観によって否定され続けている。

日本で起こっている「少子化」現象やニート現象も、「日本人を魂の抜けたダメ民族にする」という白人国家の戦略の成功を意味するのだろうか。これでは、あまりにも悲しい。

この本を読んだからと言って、日本が救われるものではないかもしれないが、是非、一読を勧めたい著書である。
