拙者がトヨタ本を薦めるとなれば、この一冊ははずせませぬ。
トヨタ本の中でも際立った好感度、学習するという感覚が味わえるのでございます。
デトロイトへの出張で、飛行機の隣席の方も読まれていたときには、少々赤面しましたが。

アメリカでのトヨタ生産方式の推進に深く関わってきたが、これまでにこういう本があれば、本当に楽だったのにと感じてしまった。今まで自分は長年苦労してアメリカで仕事をしてきたつもりだったが、要するに苦労していたのは、この本に書いてある英語（筆者のいう英語表現―単語とフレーズ）を知らなかったからだとはっきり分かった。それにしても筆者は、どうやってここまで深く、正確に、そして上手にこれをまとめられるのだろうか。こんなに便利なマニュアルとなる〔トヨタ生産方式―その英語〕というのは、他のどこにも存在していないはずである。会社のアメリカ人とイギリス人数人に見せたが、本の中に書かれている英語はシンプルに書かれているが、実は相当に深いようで、ここ30年くらいのトヨタ用語の英語表現の移り変わりもしっかり押さえられているらしい。

かなり気持ちがよい。
1章から12章で、その思考プロセスが“スパーン！”と分かるの
です…と思いました。

トヨタというかその関連会社などにありがちな、よくわからない
こだわりや、説明能力の不足からくる無意味に長い説明に
うんざりしたことがある人には、本書は爽快なはず。

英語の方は親切で、これだけマスターできたら◎だと思います。
