CAPMなどについて十分な説明はないが、初心者が疑問に思いがちな素朴な疑問を丁寧に解説している。また、日本企業の事例も掲載されており、理論と実際への橋渡しを行うに有用な本と思った。会話形式でスラスラ読める。
ただし、前述のとおり細かい概念などは省略されているので新書本などで一定程度概念を理解してから読まれると良いと思う。

この本には大きな特徴が二つあります。

ひとつは荷物の多いサラリーマンにもとっても便利なこと、いまひとつはファイナンス初心者にとっていい感じの内容になっていることです。

HP上で見ただけではわかりませんが持ち運びが便利なわけですよ、この手の本は重く太いわけですしね。
あとだからといって新書のレベルに下げると内容があさくなっちゃうわけですよ。
ようするにベストサイズ！！
それでいて、内容はというと初心者むけなわけで色々知ってる人には物足りないかもしれないですが、日本の企業のデータを使って実証やらなんやらが行なわれているわけですね。
海外の翻訳本は基本外国企業がサンプルになっていてまあなんだか実感わきづらいの・・・・その点いいんで、これから金融やらなんやらをまなんでいこーって人は是非ご購入しましょう！
