「インターネット時代の数学シリーズ」とあるように
これまでは難解な数式で説明されていたような事項が
イラストや図を用いて平易に説明されています。
しかし、決して内容が薄いというわけではなく
それを補う詳しい説明がなされていて、
この薄い本一冊の中にうまくちりばめられています。
実際、多くの大学のテキストとしても用いられていますし

ネットから更に詳しいプレゼンテーションをDLすることもできます。
買って損のない一冊だと思います。

シンプレックス法を容易にイメージできる説明、
グラフ理論の色々な問題をオペレーションズ・リサーチの
手法で解く説明...

あとはシンプレックス法を解くソフトを探してくれば、
色々な目の前の課題を最適化演算することができます。

私はCLP-Prologを使っています。
