心療内科やカウセリング、そして恋愛依存系の本と
言われるものは全て読み倒して来ましたが
本の中では、この本が一番効きました。

何故男にしがみついてしまうのかというのはもう色んな本で
語りつくされてるし、今更ここで書くこともないですが、
この本は具体的にそれを乗り越えていく方法も記述しており、
そしてなんと言っても共感する文が多いのです。

本当に小さい頃の家庭の環境って恐ろしいです。
恋愛中の全ての感情の根本的な部分が、全て幼い頃の自分なんだと
気付いたときに霧が晴れたように感じました。

そこから前進出来るかどうかは別です。
でもこの本で少し道が開けてきました。

共依存の自覚があって苦しい関係から脱出したい、回復したいと思っている方にとてもおすすめの良書です。恋愛・結婚での実例が出てきますが、家族・友人などにおいての人間関係でも役立つと思います。人間関係に病的にしがみついてしまうのはナゼなのか、そしてそこから脱出するための具体的な考察がなされていて実践できる事や、意識を変えるキッカケに大いに参考にできます。人間関係の依存から抜け出す際の強烈な禁断症状を乗り越えるために、仲間の存在の大切さなども共感できました。現実的で冷静な導きが好感を持てます。
