　地方自治法って、メチャクチャ複雑なんですけど、
この本は図表中心なので、とても理解しやすく、勉強
しやすいです。昇任試験対策はもちろん、ガイドブッ
クとしても最適だと思います。
　一番最新の法改正にも完全に対応しています。

　法律の参考書は、その人にとって、
好みがあるようだが、とっつきやすいか、
そうでないかは大きい。この本の一番の
功績は、難しいイメージの地方自治法を
身近にしたことでしょうか。
　他のこの手の本は、簡単にわかるよう
な看板を掲げながら、解説文が難しいし、
根拠があいまいであった。その点、本書
は、基本的に文章がない（図表叉は箇条
書きのみ）だし、裏付けが明示され、条
文も参照しやすいのである。

法律の参考書で、ここまで、かみくだいているものは初めて。これ以上、わかりやすく
しようがないというくらい、懇切丁寧。内容も、「議会」とか「財務」というように、
項目別に整理されているので、どこからでも勉強できる。根拠条文もきちんと掲載され
ており、正確性も信頼できる。自治法の入門と知識確認に備えておくと便利な1冊である。
