野口悠紀雄氏、和田秀樹氏など「頭がいい人」は日々どのようなことを習慣付けているか、ということをそれぞれの著書から引用しながら説明しています。
それらの本のいいところを抽出した名言集のようなものと考えれば、非常に手軽で読みやすく一度目を通してみて損はありません。

ただし「こういう習慣を身につけなさい」ではなく、「あんな習慣の人もこんな習慣の人もいるけど、それらを参考に自分にあった習慣を見つけてくださいね」というスタンスなので、単純なノウハウ本を求めている人にはオススメできません。

簡潔に言えば、よく言われている良い習慣術を
わかりやすくダイジェスト風に整理した本。
目新しいことは多くはないが、混乱する頭の整理には良いかも。
要はこれらのことを実践できるかどうか！なのだが・・・。

巷に溢れる「成功法則物」をまとめた一冊とし、期待して読んでみたのです
が有名な「80対20の法則」を「レパードの法則と呼ばれる」などと書かれて
は興が醒めてしまいます。部分部分では参考になるところがあるのです残念
です。
