今まで、メディアの影響や社会の仕組みのために、女性達が強いられてきた仕事か出産かという狭い選択、でも今そんな悩みを抱いている女性がほっと出来る本ではないでしょうか？そして、こんなに色々な産み方があるなんて・・・情報が溢れている世の中なのに、本当に大切な情報ってなかなか知るチャンスが少ないと実感する一冊です。

女性の体の仕組み、妊娠出産についての知識が
わかりやすく凝縮されていて読み応えのある1冊でした。
これは保存版かな・・。妊娠した友人へ手土産として
プレゼントしてまっす。

本の帯に漫画家の桜沢エリカさんの言葉で「『お産ってたのしいよ』っていってくれたのは大葉さんが初めての人でした」とある。お産のイメージは、かくも悪くなったのはいったいなぜか？　やはりTVドラマや週刊誌の見出しの影響が大きいのではないだろうか。人生に数回しかないドラマティックな出来事を、「二度とイヤ！」と思うか「幸せだったぁ」と思うかは大違い。本書は、まずは自分の体を知ること、そして医療者とのパートナーシップの組み方など、読みやすく書かれている。著者は５児をオリジナル出産したとのこと。この経験はすごい！「趣味はお産特技は安産」あやかりたい！
