　上巻では、科学的な説明一辺倒だったので、どうなることやら
と少し心配をしていたのですが、下巻では、いろいろと具体的な
手法や訓練法などが展開されていたので一安心しました。
　上・下を読み終えて、確かに科学的にチャクラやヒーリングに
ついて分析がさているという点では、とても参考になりました。
しかし、少し著者のイメージが先行しすぎているのではないかと
初心者には思える部分もありました。(故に、初心者や入門とし
てのおすすめ度は、星3つとさせていただきました。)
　但し、最後に"ヒーリングとは"、"癒しとは"について、しっか
りとまとめられているのはさすがであり、今後の活動の中で生か
せて行こうと思います。

上巻を読み下巻を読み始め「ヒーリング」というものにとても興味
を持ち始めました。

反面、沢山の事例が紹介されている部分を読みながら
やはり、自分では無理だ！と感じさせられていました。
書籍を読んだだけで自分にも出来ると思う方が、無謀なのかも知れ
ませんが・・・・・

読み終えて書かれている内容を振り返る中で、ヒーラーになる事は
無理ですが、自分の身体に問い掛けることで自己変革が出来るとい
う内容に気づかされました。

少しずつ自分の身体と対話する事で、自分を変えていきたいと思い
ます。

現在30代前半になる私ですが、20代後半はこの本を片時も離すことができませんでした。仕事上の知識ばかり詰め込もうとしていた時期、この一冊が私を解放してくれたと言っても言い過ぎではなかったと思います。転生、今回の一生で経験しなくてはならないこと、親その他様々な人との出会い、カルマ。本当にこの本の通りかは、さておいて自分の20代の考え方の基礎を作ってくれたのは事実です。ヒーリングと言われても実際よく分からないのですが、全体を通しての性善説のような所に一発くらってしまいました。（20代はとても否定的な性格だったため…。）
