決して簡単な本ではないですが、この手の本の中ではとても上手く説明されていて読みやすい一冊です。
治療の体験談から技法まで、ヒーリングを包括的にとらえることができます。オーラの見方も書いてあります。
チャクラ・代替医療・オーラ・ヒーリング等。扱いずらい超科学的技術を、元科学者らしい論理的な説明で解説されていて、とても説得力があります。

技術書・啓蒙書としても非常にレベルが高い上に、真理を求める科学者のあるべき姿も見られる傑作です。

最近では、脳活性化なでの書籍が沢山出版されており、それに影響
を受けた一人です。

更に人間の持つ本来の脳力（ちから）について、興味を持っていた
中で見つけ読み始めました。

本書の「光の手」というタイトルで、「人間のちから」を飛躍し過
ぎているような感じを持ちながら読み始めましたが。。。。読み始
める内に、かなり引き込まれてしまいました。

緊張時に落ち着かせる為に、「眼を閉じて深呼吸する」
そんな時に、指先に「ビリビリ」と感じることを何度も経験してい
ました。

これが、自分のエネルギー（オーラ）だと説明されており、自分の
「ちから」に更に興味を持ちました。

そんな事があるはずない！
と思われている方・・・一度、読んで自分の体験と比べてはどうで
すか？
あなたにも、経験ある内容に出会うかもしれません。

代替医療、ヒーリング、超感覚知覚力などについての本は様々、出版されているが、本書ほど、客観的かつ科学的にこれらのことが記述されているものはないと思う。

ネット上では、数日間、中には数時間でヒーラーになれる、とうたっているホームページも存在しているが、治療者の内面成長がなくて、治療者となりえるのか？そんな素朴な疑問に対し、本書は「ヒーリングでは一人の人間としての成長が要求される。エネルギーフィールドを認識し、その使い方を学ぶ力をつけるのにかかる時間を過小評価してはならない。」と、回答している。
　初めて読んだ時、後半の人格構造の章は難解に感じたが、本書はヒーリング治療と自己変革について、真摯に語りかけるヒーリングの教科書である。
