小説家を目指すフリーライター勝村。彼は、寄稿する雑誌編集長から「山猫」と名乗る窃盗犯の記事を書くよう依頼されます。山猫はただ金を盗むだけではなく、その被害者の犯罪を暴くメモを残していきます。勝村が依頼を受けてすぐ、山猫の事件が起こり、現場に駆け付けてみるとそこでは人が殺されていて…というところから物語は始まります。事件は勝村だけでなく警察も巻き込んで展開していきます。
いいやつか悪いやつかよく分からない山猫。途中、随分山猫に振り回された気がしますが、どんでん返しありの結末は、読んですっきりしました。
八雲を読んだことがあるけど、これはどうかな?という人にも面白いと思います。作品ごとにガラリと作風が変わる作家さんもいらっしゃいますが、そんなこともありません。八雲を読んだ人にも、読んだことがない人にも楽しめる作品です。(少し八雲にリンクするところがあるので、八雲既読だとより楽しめるかと思います)

山猫面白かった〜♪大好きです。
ひょっこり山猫が現れてくれないかなー。
八雲シリーズも好きだけど、「山猫」の作品の雰囲気が大人っぽくて心地よい。スピード感も登場人物の魅力も満載。
また山猫に会いたいです。
続編出てほしいな☆

サイコーですo(^-^)o 八雲からのファンですが、山猫イイです!!ぜひ読んで下さい☆同じ作家さんでもコレは良いけどこっちは…って事がありますが、この作家さんは外れなしです☆それに1ページだけですが、八雲と後藤刑事がゲスト出演してます(*^_^*)相変わらずです(^_^;)八雲の方はちょっと悲しいとこですから癒されます(*^_^*)笑うなら八雲☆渋いのは山猫というとこですかね♪続き早く読みたいです♪♪♪
