「レトロ＆コンサバ」「シンプル＆カジュアル」の２つのパートにわかれていて、
ニット帽などの定番物以外に、他の本にはあまり載っていない物も掲載されています。
花のモチーフ（コサージュ）や、ポンポン（ボタン代わり）をとめると頭から被れるマフラーなど。

わりと親切で、フリンジのつけ方や、刺繍の仕方、見慣れない編み目記号の説明は、編み方と同じページに載っています。
ベストなどの目の減らし方は拡大図になっている物もなっていない物もあります。

おすすめは、半そでの縄編みのセーターです。
前後身ごろと袖をそれぞれ途中まで編んだら輪編みをするので、えりぐり等の拾い目をせずに済みます。
