この本は、私の研究しているGaNのデバイスと競合関係にありますが、事細かにSiCについて書かれています。ごちゃごちゃと数式が書かれている訳ではなく、いろいろと参考になる部分もあって、重宝しています。ちょっと値段が高いのですが。
