この「幸福論」の大型本を持っているのですが、その本には載っていない写真にひかれて買いました。内容は大型本と同じですが、あとがきが新しく載っています。文庫になったので値段も大きさも手ごろになりました（＾｡＾）

実は文庫ではなく大判の本書を選んだ。
もしまだ在庫があるようなら文庫よりも大判をお薦めしたい。
写真が大きいし、写真も大判の方がいい。
文字が大きいと読みやすい。

さて「幸福論」の内容について、、、
なかなか面白い本だった。
有名人タレント本であることは確かなので、本書の感想にいわゆる良書とは？！と言った文学概念を持ち込んでもあまり意味がないと思う。
須藤元気氏のファンというわけではなく、司馬遼太郎氏および同氏の「空海の風景」がらみで買ってみたが、本書はやはり須藤元気ファン向けの本だと思った方がいい。
ギャグっぽい表現もあったり、やや拙い語彙もあったりもするが、それよりも須藤元気氏の志向（思考も）が垣間見れたような気がするのでそこが面白かった。
彼が持つ心情も熱い気がした。
須藤元気氏はなかなかの読書家のようで好感が持てる。
四国巡礼を本書を読んだのでやってみたという人が出てくればそれも効用だと思う。

ただこれからはもうひとふんばりタレント有名人本の域を出た本を執筆してほしい。
読書家＆展望家の須藤元気氏にそこは期待したい。
楽しみにしてます。

　須藤元気さんが自らの足で四国８８ヶ所を巡った際の、四国での風景、仏像、人との
触れ合いの中で感じたことをを綴ったフォトエッセイ・『幸福論』の文庫本版です。
やはり元気さんは、かなりの読書家であるので、哲学や思想に対する造詣が深いので、
奥深いです。本書を読むと、物事に対する考え方のバリエーションが確実に拡がります。
　私は大型本を購入したのですが、そこには未掲載の写真もあり、うれしかったです。
元気ファンにとっては必見ですね。　
　残念ながら、２００６年大晦日の『Dynamite!』をもって、格闘家を引退した元気さんですが、今後は、ブラウン管を通して、文字を通して、私たちにメッセージを送り続けてくれることでしょう。革新的なスタイルが新境地を切り拓くのだと思います。
