電車の吊り広告で発売を知り、ぜひ読みたいとおもった。　1年ほど前から池田大作氏の書籍を読むようになり、今回のも池田大作氏の書いた書籍と思い購入した。　そうしたら、池田大作氏の行動の軌跡・・・・（だからそう書いてあるのに）を調べた本で、あまりに素晴らしい軌跡のため、もう一気に読んだという感じ。　日常の自分の生活するうえでの価値観、物事に対する視点が変わった。　客観的に池田大作氏の過去の行動に対して調べた事がたくさん書いてあり、今までの数々の氏の歴史の一部に触れ、こんなに偉大な人物が実在することに、あらためて感動した。　氏に対する批判本も時々見かけるが、内容はハッキリ言って勉強不足すぎて何も学ぶ物が無かった。　ただ売れたら良いという「売名行為」にしか感じられず、嫉妬ということからは何も生まれないうえに、その人物の価値も下がり、今後二度とその著者の本を手に取ることは無いと思う。　購入してよかったです。

創価学会員ではないが、知人の勧めで読んだ。
一読しての感想は、機関紙などで報じられている池田名誉会長より等身大の生の姿が描かれている。よくここまで書き出したものだと思う。街の路地裏でひっそりと、しかし逞しく生きる庶民との触れ合いに、この人物の魅力が発揮されるのだろう。
シリーズになっているようだが、次巻も読ませたくなる内容である。

常に庶民の幸福のために戦う池田名誉会長の平和行動の軌跡を学ぶことができ、感銘を受けた。特に軍服姿がトレードマークであったキューバのカストロ議長が、池田名誉会長との会談では、公式行事で初めてスーツ姿で現れたことや、５０年先の日中関係を展望し、命を懸けて日中国交正常化を提言し、当時病状が悪化していた周恩来総理が重病を押してでも会見したいと望んで、池田名誉会長との会見が実現したエピソードには感動した。民衆のため、平和のためと口で言うことは簡単であるが、現実に行動していくのは並大抵のことではないと思った。正義であればあるほど、嫉妬や無知による中傷・デマを浴びせられ、権力者と結託した悪人による迫害もあることを知った。池田名誉会長の苦闘に比べれば、自分の悩みやストレスは非常に小さいものだと思い、それ以来愚痴がなくなった。
