同じシリーズの絵本の中で、「わたしのせいじゃない」は胸をつかれますが、この絵本はわたしでもなにかできるかも･･･と自分の体を抱きしめたくなる絵本です。かわいいハートがそれぞれ描かれていて、だれかとほほを摺り寄せたい気持ちになります。

落ち込んだ時、自分には何もない、何もできない…と思うことがあると思います。
実際はできることがいっぱいあるのに、それに目を向けていないだけ…
そんな時、この本はそんなことないでしょう？
自分が持っているもの、できることに目を向けてみようよ、と
語りかけてくれる一冊だと思います。

モノクロだけど温かみを感じるデザインと、ハートが優しい気持ちにしてくれます。

この「あなたへ」のシリーズはスウェーデンの学校教育の中で作成された本のようです。
シリーズ7番「たんじょうび」の訳者あとがきで知りました。
本作「じぶん」は9番になります。
