筋ジストロフィーの知識を身に付けるために本書はよいと思う。
内容は一般人であれば難しいかもしれないが、理解したほうが
よいと思うところをピックアップして読めばよいと思う。
筋ジストロフィー症の子どもがいる家族には、
家庭でもできるホームエキササイズや介護（介助）の方法が
書かれており、大変参考になると思う。
呼吸介助の方法もおおよそ理解できる。
筋ジストロフィーに関してオールラウンドの書である。
