「健康体操テキスト」という題名ですが、すぐに使える図解イラスト本ではなく、理論から載っています。
図解イラストもありますが、扱いはそれほど多くありません。
職場でパッと見てすぐに実施するには向いていないかと思います。

高齢者に関わる職種、体操を実施する職種は読んでおいて損はないと思います。
