この手の本を読んだのは初めてですが、今までずっと悩んでいたお肌のこと、悩んでいただけできちんと考えたことがなかったんですよね。
この本は、本当に肌にいいことがわかりやすく書かれています。
心が軽くなり、前向きに頑張ろうと思えるようになります。
情報が溢れている今、出会えてよかったと思っています。

「美しい」肌とは？　「正しい」肌の手入れとは？　について平易かつ具体的に解説した実用書。
その内容は、「美肌をつくるには心身の健康が鍵。それには規則正しい生活、和食を中心にバランスの取れた食事、そして睡眠が何より大切」という、一見して至極常識的な主張と、なぜそれが重要なのかの解説に終始する(加えて、料理レシピ案、入浴方法、水分摂取の方法、アロマテラピーの効用等に関する、控えめなアドバイスが少々)。
「美」を手にするには、こんな簡単･安上がりな日常生活の心がけでいいのか、と自信が持てる。

巷に氾濫するコスメ本･コスメ雑誌の「即効お助けアイテム」「最新美容テク」のような、美の裏技ウルトラC情報、を期待して読む向きには、まったく合わないと言える。
