この本は、妊娠、そして出産後も時期ごとに内容が掲載されているので、自分が調べたいところをすぐに見つけることができ、今の自分に必要な情報を入手できます。また、索引がとても使いやすく、たとえば最近子供の目やにが気になるな~とか感じ、索引を見ると該当するページを親切にいくつも記載してあるので、いろんな方向から考えることができます。そして病気などが分かりやすくまとめられたページもあり、我が家では先に本で情報を得て、小児科へ行くというのが常になっています。

母の友人から譲り受けたのですが、妊娠前から役立つ情報が沢山載っています。
子供が生まれてからも、その時期の遊び方など、これ一冊で学ぶことができます。
また病気についても詳しく載っているので、とても役に立ちます。
今後もしばらくは手放せない一冊になると思います。
