コンパクトな本だけど、中身はカラーもアリで充実した一冊です。
基本的な切り方から美味しい美味しいレシピまで。
冷凍保存に関する情報も満載です。
これから一人暮らしを始める人にオススメです。
男の人へのプレゼントにも気の利いた１冊になるのでは？

小さなスーパーでも手に入るありきたりな材料で簡単に作ることができる料理が、いっぱい載っている。料理の技術は一切必要なし！これだけの材料で、こんな簡単に、おいしい料理が作れるんだぁ、と感心してしまった。
基本的にはページごとに説明が完結していて、前に記載した部分と重複する場合は「〜ページ参照」とかリンクがきっちり付いていて、本を見ながら料理をする読者にすごく優しい。手順が画を使って丁寧に説明されていてとっても解り易い。本の大きさも手のひらサイズで実用的。料理の基礎知識も学べるし、言うこと無し。
一人暮らしを始める学生さん、倹約料理をしたい人、面倒くさがりな人には、超お薦め。
逆に、料理人気質の人で、凝った料理が好きな人は、別の本がいいと思う。
