　これは、もう精神の障害の有無だけではない次元の話です。たまたまべてるの家での実践が、注目してきた事だけど、健常者と呼ばれる人の中にも、認知の歪みや怒りエネルギーをためる人は数多くいて、自己洞察は誰もがしなければならない作業だと思います。障害から目をそらすわけでなく、逆に向き合い、ユーモアと発想の転換で、マイナスの自分とも共存できてしまうべてるは、すばらしいところだと思います。学ぶ事は多く、生きることの本質を考えさせられる本です。
