1979年北里大学医学部卒業。1979年北里大学大学院医学研究科(内科学専攻)博士課程入学。1981年神奈川県総合リハビリテーションセンター七沢病院内地留学。1983年北里大学大学院卒業。医学博士。1984年北里大学医学部非常勤講師(内科学担当)。1991年北里大学医療衛生学部リハビリテーション学科助教授。1998年北里大学東病院リハビリテーション科科長。日本リハビリテーション医学会専門医、日本内科学会認定医、日本リウマチ学会認定医、日本温泉気候物理医学会認定医、日本リハビリテーション医学会、日本脳卒中学会および日本失語症学会評議員(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)
